Hinnat:

• 95€ / henkilö / vrk (sis. ALV:n, liinavaatteet ja siivouksen)
• Ryhmät ja juhlat viikonloppuisin (pe - su):
  alkaen 950€ / tarjouksen mukaan + loppusiivous 120€

Häät, sesonkiajat, juhlapyhät, tapahtumat tarjouksen ja sopimuksen mukaan.

VUOKRAUSEHDOT

• Majoitusaika klo 14.00 – 12.00
• Asuntoon saa majoittua ainoastaan varauksen perusteena olevat henkilöt / henkilömäärä.
• Asiakkaan on oltava täysi-ikäinen ja nuoremmat voivat tulla vain vanhempiensa seurassa.
• Asiakas täyttää saapuessaan henkilötietolomakkeen, johon tulee tiedot kaikista majoittujista.
• Asiakas maksaa vuokran aina saapuessaan. Avaimet luovutetaan maksun yhteydessä.
• Asiakkaan on tehtävä vuokraukseen liittyvät huomautukset välittömästi majoituksen aikana.
• Luonnonilmiöiden ja sähkökatkoksien mahdollisista häiriöistä ei vuokranantaja ole korvausvelvollinen.
• Asiakas on korvausvelvollinen lomakohteelle ja irtaimistolle aiheuttamastaan vahingosta.
• Tupakointi on ehdottomasti kielletty sisätiloissa, ja ulkona saa tupakoida vain sille määrätyssä paikassa.
• Luvaton liikkuminen maatilan alueella on kielletty.
• Valitettavasti emme voi ottaa vastaan lemmikkieläimiä allergikkojen vuoksi.

LÄHTÖ

• Asunto on käytettävissä lähtöpäivänä klo 12 asti.
• Lähdettäessä asunto varusteineen on oltava siinä kunnossa kuin se oli avaimia vastaanotettaessa, muutoin vuokralaiselta peritään 100€ siivousmaksu.

RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Accommodation time: from 2 p.m. to 12 p.m.
• Only the persons / number of persons making the reservation can stay in the apartment.
• The renter must be of legal age and younger can only come with their parents.
• Upon arrival, the customer will fill out a personal information form, which will include details of all guests.
• The rent is payable by the customer on arrival. The keys are handed over at the time of payment.
• Any complaints concerning the apartment must be made during the stay.
• The landlord is not liable for any disruption caused by natural phenomena or power outages.
• The tenant is liable for any damage to the property and the equipment.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and permitted only outdoors at a specific location.
• Unauthorized movement within the property is prohibited.
• Unfortunately because of allergy issues we cannot welcome pets to the apartment.

DEPARTURE

• The apartment is available until noon (12 p.m.) on the day of departure.
• Upon departure, the apartment and equipment must be in the same condition as when the customer received the keys, otherwise a € 100 cleaning fee will be charged from the tenant.
